Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SEMStacker.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Token-Based Billing

SEMStacker.com operates on a pre-paid token model. Tokens are purchased in bundles via PayPal or redeemed via a license key, and are consumed as you run individual tools. Tokens do not expire, are non-transferable between accounts, and are generally non-refundable except as described in Section 3 or required by law.

3. Refunds

If a tool run fails due to an error on our end, the tokens debited for that run are automatically refunded to your balance. Refunds for purchased-but-unused token bundles may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to scrape or audit domains you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze, to attempt to circumvent token metering, to resell access to the Service without a written agreement, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages (e.g. the data providers behind individual tools) may occasionally affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All output generated by our tools is yours to use freely. The underlying software, branding, and tool logic remain the property of SEMStacker.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." SEMStacker.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on tool output. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
